Return Policy
Shipping Information
(HOT WEATHER WARNING!)
During the summer, high temperatures can damage candy if they are left outside for extended periods. To prevent this, please ensure that your candy is not left outside or in a mailbox after it has shipped. Monitor your tracking information once the order has left our facility. Bring your package indoor immediately after it is delivered.
(REFUND POLICY)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first. Unfortunately, we do not allow returns due to the nature of our food products.
Returned Package
If your package is returned to Flavoritos because an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, we will refund the subtotal of your order. However, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Refunds/What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us and we can issue a refund. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Did not Receive confirmation email
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it may be due to an incorrect email address entry. Please double-check the email address you provided.
Incorrect Address
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can email us at flavoritoscandyshop@gmail.com to update the address. However, once the order is shipped, you'll need to contact USPS directly to correct the address before delivery. We cannot make any changes to the order after it has shipped, and it is your responsibility to ensure the order is received at the provided shipping address. We aim to respond to emails within 72 hours.
Lost Package
If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to resolve the issue. Packages sent with Standard Shipping include USPS insurance, while those sent with First Class do not.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Expected Delivery Time
Orders shipped via standard USPS shipping typically arrive within 1 to 1.5 weeks of placing your order. If you experience delays or have not received your order, please contact us.
Tracking Number
After your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that any issues that occur while your package is with USPS are beyond our control. For problems during shipping, please contact USPS directly.
"Attempted to Deliver" Notice
If tracking indicates that an "attempt to deliver" was made, please contact USPS promptly to arrange for redelivery before the package is returned to us.
