What is the return policy?

All sales are final. Because our products are food items, they cannot be returned once they have been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review the situation and, if applicable, process a replacement or refund.

WHAT IF I DONT LIKE MY CANDY?
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy our candy. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds based on taste preference. As a small business, we put a lot of care into every order and appreciate your understanding.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

We ship orders the next day, and sometimes the same day. Because of this, once an order is placed it is not guaranteed that it can be canceled or modified to add additional items. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We ship all orders from Texas, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. Our processing time is 1 business day, and the typical shipping time is 3–5 business days.

I PUT THE WRONG ADRESS?

You must contact us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. We can update the address manually, but please note that we ship orders the next day and sometimes the same day. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

MY PACKAGE IS STUCK IN THE SAME PLACE?

If your package has been stuck in the same place for a while, this can sometimes be normal due to carrier delays. Our team will review it and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

WHATS THE Processing Time?

Our processing time is 1-2 business dayS. Most orders ship the next day, and sometimes even the same day depending on when the order is placed.

OUR CHAMOY CANDIES ARE NOT SPICY, BUT THEY DO HAVE A VERY SMALL KICK OF SPICE. AS FOR THE SOURNESS, WE WOULD RATE IT AROUND 5/10 ON THE SOUR SCALE.

HOW LONG DOES THE CANDY LAST?

OUR CANDIES HAVE A LONG SHELF LIFE AND CAN LAST FOR MONTHS. HOWEVER, WE RECOMMEND ENJOYING THEM AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVE BECAUSE THE FRESHER THEY ARE, THE BETTER THEY TASTE.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CANDY?

YOUR CANDY CAN BE STORED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE OR IN THE REFRIGERATOR — IT’S COMPLETELY UP TO YOUR PREFERENCE.
